B.Sc. Chemistry with a Foundation Year Full-time

2025/26 Session

Diploma of Higher Education (as an exit qualification) after satisfactorily completing 200 credits with at least 100 credits at Level I (Level 2).

Students may transfer to the MSci programme providing a minimum of 220 credits have been accumulated by the end of Stage 2 and an Overall Stage 2 mark of greater than 60% has been obtained, normally to include passes in all six core Chemistry modules (Inorganic Chemistry IIa, Inorganic Chemistry IIb, Organic Chemistry IIa, Organic Chemistry IIb, Physical Chemistry IIa and Physical Chemistry IIb) at Stage 2.
